The following info was shared with us recently by someone that has been investigating Judge Naidu, Neil Keenan, Drake Kent Baily & Thomas Williams. This person was a victim of these crooks and wanted to anymore people becoming victims.

Naidu. A review of what has been discovered so far:


1. The accountant and address that was listed on the NALJC letterhead is fake.

2. As evidence is brought to the surface on Nadu's colorful past, it is quickly cleansed from the internet.

3. Not one person or success story has been found to have benefited in any way from the program(s) after many years.

4. Past docs have shown that the scams have been running as early as the year 2000.

5. NALJC is actually the address/residence of Nadue's partner. Update: Naidu's partner has relocated to Toledo, Ohio.

6. Bank statement and account number of your “funds” is fraud/fake representing a corporate entity.

7. The name Navin Chandra Naidu has no registry with the Hong Kong law society which was advertised as legitimate offices on the monetized website.

8. Member personal information has been disclosed publicly on the internet. (Is your personal information also being sold and monetized)?

9. Evidence of fraudulent degree- Fiji Law Society, the head of the university's registry, Jonathan Seddon, said Naidu's degree is not genuine.

10. Large bank(s) confirm they have no problem with issuing debit cards to a large number of individual investors (10,000 or more).

12. On June 28, 2018, Naidu makes an attempt to sue Facebook by issuing an Order to Show Cause (otsc). This OTSC, similar to all the other filings, failed to produce a result.

13. Ip address of one of the program leaders shows visits to porn sites

14. REFUSED by the American Judges association in 2013 and RENEWAL OF MEMBERSHIP REFUSED by the National American Indian Courts Judges Association. This link was also quickly removed from the rotary's Facebook site

16. Naidu utilizes members and chiefs names and/or addresses without their permission in the USA and other countries. He is also banned from entering the opcountry(s).

17. Naidu has forged the signatures of Tribal Chief's in order to invest and monetize titles and mineral land rights to the highest bidder.

18. Past Chiefs and members have distanced themselves from Naidu with warnings to do the same. Zero positive reviews.

19. Many family member are involved with his scheme. He leaves no property in his name but in the names of family members and possibly a few friends.

20. Naidu proposed a phoney blind trust to ex-members who have rejected his offer. He informed his members that all accepted.

21. Naidu was legal council for George Speight who along with 12 other brainwashed, were charged with "overt acts" relating to the storming of Fiji's Parliament on May 19 last year and the holding of Prime Minister Mahendra Chaudhry and his Government hostage. Speight was sentenced to 18 years prison.

22. The second person sentenced to an 18 year prison term was Tim Turner. He was also represented by legal council - Navin Naidu.

23. Thomas J. Widlar, the public face of the Mcolb and 50 states program passes away on January 23, 2019, of throat cancer.

24. Asian participants were contacted by other members with regards to whether they received their debit card. To date, not one participant has received it.

25. Asset Ehancement program website hits a new low. The website entails one half of a star rating out of 5.
